Federal and State law requires that websites advise visitors about the site’s Privacy Policy.

GETI Capital Management, Inc., the owner of GETICapitalManagement.com, is a “information only” website and does not solicit, offer or invite interation with visitors via the internet.

It collects and stores no personal information about anyone visiting the website.  It does not place “cookies” on your computer.   Our webhosting server does maintain a log of ISP addresses of visitors for an undefined and indefinite period of time.  Such information might be available to law enforcement agencies or for the purpose of litigation but is not used in any way by this website.

Per the User Agreement, no person under 18 years old may visit this site and therefore it is COPA and COPPA exempt.

If you choose to use this website, or the information on it, as the entry portal for any interaction with employees or management of GETI Capital Management, you expressly authorize any person contacted to communicate with you and to store all information supplied to her or him by you.

If you are an investor or other authorized user with a login password, you should assume that information will be maintained about your access and viewing history but, in fact, no such history necessarily exists or is maintained by the site.
